The hotel offers excellent value for money with all drinks included during evening meals, which is a great boost for holiday budgeting. Additionally, the free afternoon tea and cakes provide a nice treat after a day of skiing. The location is also fantastic, being just 50m from the slopes and in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay.

We loved the hotel facilities, transportation, location to the center, and breakfast. The hotel was sparkling clean, and the staff was very friendly. They were always ready to assist us and answer our questions. The breakfast spread was extensive with a variety of options, and we enjoyed it every day. Additionally, the hotel's location to the center made it easy for us to explore different restaurants and the city.
Nothing is perfect, but this hotel comes pretty close.

The food offered at the hotel was decent and the staff were friendly enough. The rooms were fairly clean with good views of the mountains. The hotel is located close to the ski lifts and shuttle stops, making it convenient for skiing.
The facilities were old and outdated, especially the furniture. The heating in the room didn't work properly and the room was quite cold.

The service at this hotel was excellent, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The food was also a highlight, with a range of options throughout our xmas week stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in between two ski gondolas and with excellent hiking opportunities nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary Otztal Premium Card.
The bathroom in our room could have been bigger, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience. The spa facilities were limited, but we still enjoyed using them.
